Agreement and business identity
Deburise Solutions is the legal entity providing the Menuji service and owns the Menuji brand. These terms are prepared as a review draft. A paid order should identify Deburise Solutions and the customer, the approved version of these terms, service scope and commercial particulars, including the applicable business address and tax details. Menuji subscription charges appear on credit-card and bank statements as Deburise Solutions. A visitor's reading of this website does not execute a separate data-processing addendum or an enterprise service agreement. Contact [email protected] if any contractual detail is unclear before purchasing.
Authority and account security
You must be an adult with authority to act for the subscribing business. Provide accurate account and billing information, protect credentials, assign access according to staff responsibilities and promptly remove access that is no longer justified. Do not share an owner's credentials with staff or allow another restaurant to use your workspace. Tell support promptly if you suspect an account has been compromised.
Permitted use
During an authorised subscription or trial, your business may use the enabled service for its lawful restaurant operations within the agreed scope. You may not resell access, bypass plan limits or interfere with another tenant. Additional branches, staff capacity, integrations, hardware and optional modules are included only to the extent your written plan or order confirms them. The acceptable-use policy forms part of the proposed use requirements.
Trials and evaluating the fit
A trial allows you to evaluate the available release and workflow. The signup screen and written offer should confirm its duration, eligibility, limits and what happens at expiry. Do not assume a trial automatically includes every addon or converts into paid service without a disclosed arrangement. Test your own menu, tax setup, payment method, printer and operating process before depending on them during service.
Subscription charges and renewals
Published prices describe the stated billing period and region. Before payment, the order should disclose applicable taxes, currency, included services, any extra charges, renewal method and cancellation terms. Restaurant sales currency is separate from subscription billing currency. We do not treat a future roadmap capability as part of the price unless the written order expressly includes it. A renewal or future price change must follow the applicable agreement, disclosure and legal requirements.
Restaurant customer transactions
The restaurant supplies food and related services to its customers and sets its own lawful ordering, cancellation and refund terms. Restaurant customer gateway payments must use that restaurant's own merchant account. Menuji subscription billing uses a separate merchant arrangement for Deburise Solutions; its statement descriptor does not describe restaurant customer purchases. Manual QR receipt review is the restaurant's operational responsibility; a scan, screenshot or customer statement is not conclusive settlement evidence. Menuji does not take ownership of restaurant sales proceeds merely by recording a payment status.
Menu, food, tax and delivery responsibilities
The restaurant is responsible for accurate menu descriptions, prices, allergens, availability, food safety, licences, tax registration, invoice particulars, customer notices and fulfilment. Software calculations and generated documents require correct configuration and review. An expense register is a record of incurred costs and is not, by itself, evidence that an expense was paid or a complete profit-and-loss statement. Seek qualified advice for legal, food-safety, tax and accounting obligations.
Customer content and data rights
You retain your rights in content and business records you lawfully provide. You authorise the processing and display reasonably needed to deliver the configured service and your authorised instructions. You are responsible for the permissions needed for staff details, guest information, photographs, trademarks and message recipients. This permission does not transfer ownership of your restaurant's data to Menuji or grant a general advertising licence over private customer records.
Third-party services and hardware
Integrations, payment gateways, messaging providers, network connections and printers may require separate accounts, fees, configuration and acceptance tests. Provider availability and approvals can affect a workflow. You remain responsible for provider credentials and merchant obligations belonging to your business. An integration name on this website is not a guarantee that it is activated, certified for every device or available in every country.
Availability, support and changes
The web application depends on functioning internet access and a supported browser. No uptime percentage, continuous monitoring, response deadline, offline capability or recovery objective is promised by this draft. Those commitments require a separate written scope supported by the deployed operation. Updates may change workflows; material changes should be communicated under the agreement. Help articles explain a documented build and may differ from a later or separately configured account.
Suspension and ending service
Access may need to be restricted where required by law, a serious security incident, substantiated misuse or an unpaid agreed charge. The reason, proportionality and notice should reflect the situation and applicable rights. Where practicable, a correctable issue should be explained and an opportunity to resolve it provided. Cancellation of future renewal, termination of access, data export and a refund are distinct matters and should be confirmed in writing. Do not rely on indefinite storage after service ends.
Exports and continuity
Use available exports only for an authorised purpose and keep them secure. Confirm which record types can be exported and the process and timing for offboarding before ending service. The existence of a menu CSV feature does not mean a complete accounting or whole-account export is included. Your business should maintain an appropriate continuity process for an internet or service interruption.
Intellectual property
Menuji software, branding and original website materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may not misrepresent affiliation, copy protected materials without permission or remove required proprietary notices. Third-party names and comparison references belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, including any nonwaivable rights.
Warranties and responsibility
Evaluate the enabled service against your requirements and verify operational records before relying on them. This draft does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, automatic regulatory compliance or a particular commercial result. Nothing here excludes a statutory guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any negotiated limitation of liability, indemnity or warranty allocation requires a clearly approved agreement; no arbitrary monetary cap is created by this website draft.
Disputes and mandatory rights
First contact [email protected] with a description and relevant references so the matter can be investigated. Any agreed governing-law or court clause must be identified in the final contract and remain subject to mandatory law and any competent consumer or regulatory forum. This draft does not impose arbitration, waive a consumer complaint, shorten a statutory limitation period or remove rights available in your jurisdiction.
Revisions and contract priority
The final agreement should explain how changes are notified and when they take effect. A later website edit should not silently rewrite an already agreed order. Where documents conflict, the approved order and expressly agreed document priority govern, subject to mandatory law. Ask for written clarification rather than relying on an unconfirmed sales statement or an illustrative screen.
