Which payment this policy covers
This policy concerns the restaurant business's Menuji software subscription supplied by Deburise Solutions, which owns the Menuji brand. Menuji subscription charges appear on credit-card and bank statements as Deburise Solutions. This policy does not determine refunds for meals, restaurant bookings, deliveries or other purchases made from a restaurant using Menuji. For those purchases, contact the restaurant identified on your order or receipt. Restaurant customer payments use that restaurant's own merchant arrangement, separate from Menuji subscription payments; the subscription statement descriptor must not be assumed to apply to restaurant purchases.
Review before purchasing
Check the enabled release, plan limits, taxes, billing period and renewal arrangement before paying. Evaluate any available trial against your requirements. A roadmap entry or optional module is not a promise of availability. Keep a copy of the quote or order and contact support if the payment screen does not match it.
Cancelling renewal
Ask to cancel future renewal using the available account control or email [email protected] from your registered business email. Identify the restaurant and subscription, and request written confirmation of the effective date and whether paid access continues to the end of its term. Removing a payment method or not using the service does not necessarily cancel an existing provider mandate. A request to cancel renewal is separate from a refund request.
Case-by-case refund review
Team Menuji reviews subscription refund requests according to the payment circumstances, written agreement, service issue and applicable rights. This policy does not create an automatic refund window or a blanket no-refund rule. A mandatory remedy for a defective service, misleading representation, unauthorised charge or other legally protected situation is not displaced by discretionary review.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with your restaurant name, registered email, subscription period, payment date, amount, currency, transaction or invoice reference and a clear explanation. Include relevant correspondence or redacted evidence. You may also call +91 9071779997. Never send passwords, API keys, card security codes, banking PINs or one-time passwords.
Duplicate, failed and unrecognised payments
If you see a duplicate debit, a debit without an activated subscription, or an unrecognised charge, report it with the references you have. Avoid repeatedly paying until the original status has been checked. A bank debit, provider callback and application status can need reconciliation. Contact your payment provider promptly where its dispute deadlines apply; using our support route does not remove those rights.
Assessment and outcome
Support may request proportionate information to confirm account authority, payment status and the reported issue. An outcome should explain the decision and, where approved, the refund amount and currency, the payment route and the expected processing information provided by the processor. Bank or provider handling can affect the time a credit appears. Applicable legal complaint and refund deadlines take priority; this draft does not replace them with an unlimited review period.
Refund method and deductions
An approved refund should normally return through the original payment route where possible and lawful. Any alternative must be verified to avoid fraud. Charges, deductions, currency conversion and tax adjustments must follow the agreed terms and applicable law and should be explained before settlement. We do not promise that a provider's separate conversion rate or fee will be reversed.
Access, records and escalation
A refund or cancellation can affect continued access under the agreed subscription terms. Arrange any necessary authorised export and confirm outstanding records before closing the account. If you disagree with the outcome, reply to the support case with the reason and request further review. Keep the correspondence. This process does not restrict an available consumer, payment-provider, court or regulatory remedy.
