Welcome to Menuji.com (“Menuji,” “we,” “our,” “us”), a product and service platform owned and operated by AAPTA Solutions. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Menuji website, software, services, and related applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using any part of the Menuji Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use Menuji’s services. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Services

Menuji is a SaaS platform offering restaurant management solutions including but not limited to:

• Point of Sale (POS) System
• QR-based Menus
• Table and Order Management
• Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT)
• Inventory Tracking
• Expense Tracking and Reporting
• User Role Management
• Free Landing Page Hosting
• Optional One-Time Setup Services (OTS)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Access

To access most features, you must register and create a Menuji account.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share access.
• Menuji reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in suspicious activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Menuji platform for:

• Any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activity.
• Uploading harmful or malicious code.
• Interfering with the performance or accessibility of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, clone, or modify the platform.
• Infringing on the intellectual property or rights of Menuji or any third party.

We reserve the right to take action, including legal remedies, if any abuse is detected.

5. Payment and Subscription

• Use of certain features requires an active subscription.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and plan features are listed on our Pricing Page.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
• Non-payment may result in restricted access or account suspension.

6. One Time Setup Service (OTS)

• This is a paid, optional service to help new customers get started.
• Includes restaurant menu entry, table layout, and image uploads.
• It is a one-time setup only, with no ongoing management included.
• Includes one-time free training post-setup.

7. User Data and Privacy

• We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data you upload.
• Menuji does not sell your data and uses secure servers for hosting.
• We may anonymize and aggregate usage data to improve services.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Menuji may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools). We do not control or assume responsibility for their performance or policies.

Use of such services is at your discretion and governed by the respective third-party terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and code within the Menuji platform are the exclusive property of AAPTA Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

• You may not use our brand, designs, or software components without written permission.
• Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account without liability if:

• You violate these Terms, EULA, or any applicable law.
• We receive a lawful request from authorities.
• Your behavior is harmful to the system or other users.

11. Disclaimers

Menuji is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• All features will be available at all times or in all locations.
• The data or content will be completely secure, though we make all reasonable efforts.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Menuji and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Damages exceeding the total subscription fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
