Menuji is committed to providing a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully before subscribing to or using our services. This policy applies to all users of the Menuji platform, including restaurant owners and businesses.

1. Subscription Fees

• The subscription fee is determined by the chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual) and is payable upfront.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Menuji platform. The terms for cancellation are as follows:

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

• Cancellations made before the end of the current billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund, but your subscription will not renew for the next cycle.
• If no usage of features or services has occurred during the cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated refund, subject to review.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

• If canceled within 15 days of subscription activation, a full refund will be processed after deducting the value of used services or features.
• If canceled after 15 days, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused period, provided the account remains in compliance with our terms of service.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under specific circumstances:

• If Menuji services are unavailable due to system errors or prolonged technical issues caused by us.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment via info@menuji.com.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect.

4. Termination by Menuji

Menuji reserves the right to terminate any account without notice for violations of our terms of service or illegal activities. In such cases:

• No refund will be provided for misuse, fraud, or activities deemed harmful.
• Prorated refunds may be issued for other discretionary terminations.

5. Changes to This Policy

Menuji may revise this policy at any time, with updates reflected on our website. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
